The kids were so happy to see us yesterday when we got back from our trip to Vegas! It was cute. . .Ali said while we were gone "my whole family is in Vegas!" Thanks to PawPaw, Grandma, Nana & Aunt Susan for helping with the girls while we were away. Today we went to the park. . .

We had a busy day today. . .we spent the first part of the day at the zoo. . .the weather was perfect & we saw a lot of animals. . .Ali learned about how the animals camouflage themselves. Nikita the polar bear is our favorite! After the zoo we went to Bret's football game in Kearny. Then taco Tuesday with the Bierle's. We've been gone all day & daddy has been home studying.

Ali had school today. She loves school. She said today they read a book about a "wonderful fall day." She said "it was a really good book, mom."

Little Miss Gladstone

We entered Ali in the Little Miss Gladstone contest. The theme was "Remember When", so she wore a poodle skirt made by Aunt Susan (of course Lily needed one too even though she was not in the contest.) She sang "ABCs" & was not shy at all! She did a great job. She did not win, but she thinks she did. . .
