Fixing the Lawn Mower With Daddy

Its a beautiful day here today! Ali has been helping daddy fix the lawn mower. As you can see she is a BIG help. I'm off to work in 4 minutes (ugh!)

Tuesday

Ali was fascinated with the popcorn machine at Target. . .

Daddy is at work today. . .Ali woke up as usual saying "Where Daddy?". Last night Matt went to play basketball, when he left, Ali had a meltdown that lasted about 30 minutes, she wanted her daddy! When he got back I left for the store & Ali said, "Bye bye, mama" . . .no meltdown. It's all about "Daddy". Today me & the girls went to Old Navy & Target. . .now we're home & relaxing.

Weekend Update

"Marsick" & "Errsix" (Marcus & Eric) both to play with in one day. What a treat!

Ali got into the powder while I was giving Lily a bath..she came and told me "messy" pointing into the other room. She is also obsessed with taking the cushions off the furniture!

Looking at some old family photos. . .

Friday afternoon "Errsix" came over for awhile & played with Ali...she was SO excited. "Marsick" from across the street dropped by also so that was double the fun. Nana babysat for a few hours Friday night so Matt & I could go to dinner with Mike & Al. Today daddy had to work. Ali really misses him when he's at work. The first thing she says in the morning is "Where daddy?" then the rest of the day she says "Daddy at work". Aunt Susan, Alex, & Eric dropped by this afternoon to see the girls. Of course Aunt Susan had to paint Ali's fingernails & toenails. Then Uncle Mike & LoLo came by...Uncle Mike babysat for awhile so I could go to the gym. LoLo stayed with us until her mom picked her up when she got off work. We worked on LoLo's blog & finished watching "Mama Mia" that I started about a week ago. This evening Ali, Lily & I took a walk and played outside until it got dark.

Ali had gymnastics this morning. Matt did some windows this morning so Jessica babysat Lily while I took Ali to gymnastics. Matt is mowing the yard for the first time this season. Hopefully spring is here for good!

Shopping

Ali did not want Aunt Al & LoLo to leave. . .

This afternoon we went shopping at Zona Rosa with Aunt Al & LoLo. . .Ali got new summer sandals with strawberries on them (very cute!) She started calling Lauren "Warnen" alternating with "LoLo" of course. Lily has been laughing often today, she's been in a pretty good mood. Ali's vocabulary is expanding by the day! Some cute things she says are: "jackek" for jacket, "blankek" for blanket, "dinks" for drink & "pawsick" for popcorn.
