Chimpanzee

 This afternoon, Aunt Susan joined us to see "Chimpanzee". . .very cute movie but not quite interesting enough for Lily, she fell asleep. . .Ali cried a few times but was ok by the end. . .

 Poor little Lily Lou fell on her face after gymnastics last night on the concrete. . .she has a fat lip, chipped tooth & scratched face!

We spent yesterday afternoon at the park, it was 90 degrees & beautiful outside.  Today its only in the low 60's so we went to the movies. . .

Planting Flowers

Today we spent the afternoon planting flowers with PawPaw & Grandma. . .Aunt Al, Lolo & Bret also came over & we played outside until dark.

Wellness Check-Ups & SHOTS!

Today the girls both had wellness check-ups.  Ali is getting ready for Kindergarten in the fall & Lily will go to preschool 2 days a week.  They also had to catch up on their immunizations.  Lily got one shot & cried some.  Ali freaked out before she actually got the shots, she got 5, and REALLY freaked out while she was getting them. We had to physically restrain her so they could give the shots.  Both of the girls were in the 50th percentile for weight.  Ali was 75th percentile for height & Lily was OFF THE CHART for height!! Ali had piano lessons right after & was able to compose herself for that.  Then Ali & I went to Target, as promised (bribed) for new Barbies.  Ali picked one for herself & one for Lily.

Chick Fil-A & Park

After school today we had lunch at Chick Fil-A. . . .the girls played in the play area & then we went to the park. . .lucky for us the ice cream truck was there & they got HUGE popcicles!
