Today has been a beautiful day! My car thermometer showed 68 degrees! We met Aunt Al, Lolo & Bret for lunch today at Chick Fil-A. Then LoLo came home with us and we have been enjoying this great weather outside. . .

PawPaw & Grandma came over today to watch the kids while I go to work tonight & Matt will be working tomorrow. . .Daddy, Uncle Demian & PawPaw went to see "True Grit". . .

Christmas

Today we went back to Archie to PawPaw & Grandma's for Christmas dinner. The kids opened their presents & had a great time. Then back to KC to Nana's house this evening for another Christmas dinner & more presents.

Church

For Christmas Eve we went to church with PawPaw & Grandma in Archie. Daddy & Aunt Al had to work so Uncle Mike, Bret, LoLo, Zach, Ali & Lily went. Lily made it through half of the service before I had to take her out then Uncle Mike soon followed with Ali. After church we went to PawPaw & Grandma's house for some great food. Lily fell asleep on the way home so Ali put out milk & cookies for Santa.

Vela Christmas

Tonight was the Vela family Christmas party at our house. . .we had good food, exchanged some gifts (regular gifts as well as white elephants), & played some games.

Last night LoLo & Bret spent the night with us. . .here they are having pancakes for breakfast. . .

Tonight the girls helped me bake a cake & licked the mixers. . .

Brent came by tonight to watch the Mizzou-Illini game. . .he didn't get to watch much of the game because the girls were on him the whole time. . .

Christmas Cookies

Yesterday we went to PawPaw & Grandma's house to make Christmas cookies. Ali loves to make cookies...Lily helped for a little while but mostly wanted to hang out with PawPaw!
